Levers on TV Knobs

"Crossbars" on television knobs.

I can usually turn some knobs (such as doorknobs) with my hands, chin, or Headfinger. However, there are others (such as small knobs on a television) that I cannot turn with these methods. A "crossbar" works well on the latter type.

A rod (length of coathanger, dowl, plastic, etc.) is attached to the troublesome knob in such a way that it forms levers extending past the knob's diameter in opposite directions. A circular knob now looks like a circle with a slash through it. These levers are easy for me to move because of (guess what, guys) LEVERAGE, and thus allow me to turn the knobs.
